Even the White House is calling for action to help honeybees! Pollinator Week has raised awareness about bees more than ever before. Here are two opportunities to meet the public and continue the conversation about bees. West Seattle Summer Fest is Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 11-13. PSBA always has a booth on the Saturday. Volunteers run the honey tasting table and honey sales, a major fund-raiser for PSBA. The next fair is Solar Fest on the grounds of Shoreline Community College on Saturday, July 26, from 10 AM to 6 PM. We need volunteers for our booth two times in July. Both fairs are big events and a lot of fun. Please let us know if you are available and pick a morning or afternoon shift of 2-3 hours. Thank you very much!
